Under the Tatik Papik brand the traditional Artsakh flat scone “Zhengyalov Hats” is made. It is considered a visiting card of the Artsakh cuisine. In 2013 the Artsakh government included “Zhengalov Hats” in the list of values of the republic’s intangible heritage.
